Right click the appointment to creat a Private Bill ( or Quick Bill).
1. Private Bill.
The 10 most frequent services used by each individual Provider is continues to be listed. The nicknames are seen.
2. Quick Bill.
The Quick Bill autocompletes the bill with service item number 23.
The invoice number for the bill is generated after the bill has been created.
A service item's nickname can be changed.
Main Menu > Administration > Service >Search Service > (Open the record and enter the nickname)
The service item number can be changed after it has been added to the grid.
If the item does not exist it will appear in red.
An erroneous number cannot be saved.
